The ITC systems COMpact 5200/5200R/5500R and COMtrexx Business can be expanded with a second Ethernet interface by using the COMpact NET Module. With this expansion it is possible to support separate IP address ranges for VoIP. This provides significantly higher security for communication via IP. Additionally, it is possible to realise the separation of telephony and data traffic in different IP address ranges.
