Support D-Serie
The D-series (D-100, D-200 and D-400) is now supported.

Windows Server 2019
The LAN-TAPI driver can be used under Windows Server 2019.
Bug-Fixes
Query Call with a COMfortel 2600 impossible
With a COMfortel 2600 a query call can be executed again with LAN-TAPI.
No Pick-Up with ##06
It is now possible to execute a pick-up with ##06SUB using the LAN-TAPI application.
Crashes when ending Telephoning Service
There are no more crashes when the telephoning service of windows is ended.
Internal Telephone Number was transferred after manual pick-up via extern
If an external caller is accepted using pick-up via a speed dialling key or ##06SUB, the correct internal telephone number is now displayed in the journal of a TAPI application (such as PBX Call Assist).
