Remote Support

During a support call (service contacts), the support employee realises that it is advantageous if he can show the caller certain settings directly on the screen, e.g. B. in the configuration program. With remote support, you can show the support staff the content of your screen, give them remote control of the mouse and keyboard, and thus work together interactively.

The conditions

Two participants are always involved in a support session:

  • The advisor (the Auerswald support employee) who organises, opens and leads the support session.
  • You, as a customer, who is advised.

To set up a support session, the AnyDesk participant program AnyDesk must be downloaded. After starting the program you will receive an AnyDesk address, please inform the support staff.
